We are expanding in the West Niagara region and seeking a driven, people-focused Account Executive / Sales Producer to grow our Personal Lines portfolio. Position Details

Title: Personal Lines Account Executive / Insurance Sales Advisor

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office (5 Days/Week)

Location: Grimsby, Lincoln, and surrounding West Niagara areas (Ontario, Canada)

Compensation: Commission-based role, starting from approximately $50,000+ annually (combination of commissions + renewal income). With training and support, producers can grow their income substantially over time.

What You Will Do

  • Grow a Personal Lines book of business through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities (B2C + B2B)

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and renewals

  • Conduct needs assessments, provide product recommendations, and support policy changes

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support pipeline development

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards in our Broker Management System and CRM tools

  • Analyze market trends to develop strategies for growth and improved customer service

  • Deliver exceptional follow-up and customer care to achieve renewal and satisfaction targets (90 percent and higher)

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within personal lines insurance OR related industries such as:

o Insurance (personal lines or commercial)

o Real estate

o Mortgage or financial services

o Banking or credit unions

o Automotive sales

o Other advisory-based, relationship-driven sales roles

  • RIBO Level 1 license preferred

  • If you are not yet licensed but bring strong sales skills from a similar industry, we are open to discussing a licensing pathway

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfort with prospecting, lead generation, and structured follow-up

  • Ability to learn new systems and work with sales management tools, CRMs, or broker platforms

  • A growth mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets
