**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads, networking.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Xeist Sports' products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective and current clients.
- Create and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals that address clients' specific needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, tracking progress and providing regular updates to sales management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information in the company's CRM system.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay current with the latest trends, expand professional network, and represent Xeist Sports in a professional manner.
- Work closely with other team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the sports apparel or promotional products industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for sports and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Beamsville, ON L0R 1B1
