Job Overview

Vapor Shoppe is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our Upper Gage and Upper James locations. If you're passionate about helping customers, enjoy a dynamic retail environment, and are eager to grow within the industry, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Engagement

  • Greet customers and create a welcoming in-store experience
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs
  • Provide accurate and knowledgeable information on products and industry trends
  • Support in-store promotions and encourage customer engagement

Sales & Transactions

  • Process customer transactions accurately
  • Maintain sales records and assist with daily reporting
  • Inform customers about promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers

Store Maintenance & Inventory

  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store layout
  • Track inventory and assist with product display organization
  • Uphold merchandising and cleanliness standards

Product Knowledge

  • Previous experience with vaping products is an asset
  • Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and industry regulations
  • Offer informed, thoughtful recommendations to customers

Qualifications

  • Retail experience preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and work well with a team
  • Attention to detail with transactions and store organization
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work at both Hamilton locations
