Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team at B&J Warehousing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting in sales operations, and supporting business growth across our logistics and warehousing services.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can fluently communicate in both English and Mandarin. Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or B2B sales is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in daily client communication, quotation preparation, and order follow-up.
  • Identify potential leads and assist in developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through timely and professional service.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze customer data, and assist with pricing or promotional activities.
  • Attend meetings, trade shows, or client visits as needed to support business development.
  • Assist in building the company's brand image through professional and efficient communication.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or logistics preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
