**Responsibilities**:

- **Drive Revenue**: As an Electrical Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to **market and sell electrical products**. You’ll work directly with customers, explaining the features and benefits of various products and ensuring successful sales.
- **Understand Customer Needs**: You’ll need to **understand customer requirements** and recommend suitable electrical products based on their needs.
- **Negotiate Deals**: Engage in **effective negotiation** with customers to close sales.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively participate in **lead generation** efforts to attract potential customers.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving **sales targets** set by the company.

Remember that as an Electrical Sales Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
