Your Role at Manion
As a Finance Coordinator, your main responsibility in this role will daily deposit entries, refunds processing, billing reports and reconciliations for Manion and Corporate clients and other accounts receivable functions, ensuring that cash & receivables for Corporate clients are maintained in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
Sometimes you'll be working with others on projects, so you'll also need to bring good interpersonal skills to this position. This is a hybrid role working from our Etobicoke office.
What to Expect in your first 90 days
- You'll manage all aspects of accounts receivable for Manion Wilkins & Associates, and various Corporate clients.
- You'll perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- You'll deposit entries, refunds processing, billing reports and reconciliations
- You'll ensure the filing system and records are up to date
What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable for Manion and our corporate clients, leveraging Excel, MPACS, Sage Intacct, and online banking platforms. This includes processing payments via EFT, cheque, and various TD payment methods.
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations in Excel, ensuring accuracy and maintaining organized PDF backup documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both paper and electronic) to support seamless access for the Corporate Billing Supervisor and auditors during financial statement preparation and audit reviews.
What You Bring to the Team
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- 1+ year experience in accounting, finance or relevant work experience
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience using Sage Intacct an asset
- Ability to learn new softwares

Compensation
At the time of this posting, the estimated pay range for this position is $43,000-$47,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the base pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
