Work Setting: In-Person

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5pm

Location Details: Toronto

Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration


• Enter employee hours worked into the payroll system and process payroll on a weekly basis.


• Effectively resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure all employee hours are submitted accurately.


• Prepare required documents for submission to stakeholders.


• Compile, verify, and maintain payroll records and reports for accuracy and compliance.

Customer Service Representative


• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to provide complete customer service.


• Receive and review client requirements; coordinate activities to meet client needs.


• Accurately enter all required data into a proprietary system and run necessary reports.


• Manage aspects of the internal client life cycle and implementing policies and processes, communicating details,


• Establish strong relationships with clients (internal and external) through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:


• Minimum completion of Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary education in Human Resources is preferred.


• 1–2 years of industry experience, though a combination of relevant education and transferable skills will be considered.


• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.


• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.


• Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll software.


• Outstanding multitasking skills.


• High attention to detail.
