Position Summary

An integral member of the Massage Addict team, Guest Service Administrators (GSAs for short) thrive on consistently providing an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. Embracing our fast-paced clinic environment, GSAs are motivated, initiative-taking, outstanding communicators, highly organized and true multi-taskers. With a 'can-do' and 'no task too small' mindset, a GSA can manage both administrative and clinic responsibilities with care while also ensuring the safety of our clients and therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client service, answering telephone calls efficiently and booking appointments accurately.
  • Welcome clients by greeting and familiarizing them to the clinic upon arrival.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict services.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic including preparation of forms, and documentation for new and existing clients.
  • Processing insurance claims to multiple benefit providers on different platforms.
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures; cleanliness of the clinic guest-facing areas, including the reception area and treatment rooms.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum- One year of experience within a service-oriented environment, with a focus on administration
  • Superior verbal communication and telephone skills
  • Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Outlook, and Word doc., as well as calendar management
  • Access to reliable transportation.

Clinic Details

  • Massage Addict Richmond Hill
  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am to 9:00pm
  • Saturday- 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Sunday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
