- Representing the office of the CEO and CFO in the evaluation and approval of commercial transactions to ensure maximum overall value.
- Owning preparation of P&L models for Cloud deals, pricing for on-premise transactions, contract renewals, and issuance of approved pricing.
- Participating in, and at times leading, commercial negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating technical, financial, and legal aspects of complex deals.
- Continuously enhancing and optimizing Deal Desk processes to streamline the sales cycle and improve efficiency.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong ability to quickly read, analyze, and interpret revenue and commercial contracts.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic environment.
- Experience delivering high-quality commercial guidance under tight timelines.
- Demonstrated success working with global, virtual teams across multiple geographies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders involved in solution development.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to draft and review commercial contract language.
- Experience in the cloud services or SaaS industry is a distinct advantage.
