The Position

We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a senior level role that encompasses several critical duties. As a member of our leadership group, you will lead a cross-functional team. You will manage and develop relationships with suppliers, seek out efficiencies and improvements in processes, and focus on delivering ongoing world class customer service to our clients. Part of you critical duties managing the day-to-day operations of our organization will include oversight and management of our warehouse, including inventory.

Who You Are

You are a transformational leader who is known for getting the best out of your staff without micromanaging. You consistently look for opportunities to enhance individual and team performance while ensuring that the leadership group is consistently striving to challenge each other to improve. You are also data-driven - you make decisions based on facts obtained from performance data.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5 years' experience as Operations Manager or General Manager in a service oriented company ideally in a technical, industrial, or related industry
  • Exceptionally strong leadership skills (you are a visionary and are known to help leaders get to the next level)
  • You are adept at finding ways to enhance processes and individual performance
  • Strategic planning and tactical execution are key strengths
  • You are tech savvy and use technology to your advantage, especially as it relates to performance data
  • Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to shift your attention from one task to another without dropping the ball
