For over 63 years we have made our clients dry cleaning, wash and fold, household items, wedding attire and alteration needs our TOP priority. Our team prides itself on attention to detail, reliability, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

As a Client Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to ensure every client feels valued, supported, and confident in the services we provide. You'll handle inquiries, manage orders, and deliver a seamless customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with garment drop-off and pick-up
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on services, pricing, and garment care
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and payments
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely service delivery
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization in the retail space

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar) preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills for order entry and payment processing
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
