Role Overview: Medical Aesthetician

The primary role of the Medical Aesthetician is to provide exceptional care and treatments to our valued clients. This role is responsible for delivering aesthetic treatments according to clinic protocols, ensuring client satisfaction, and upholding Aspire Care Clinic's standards of care and safety.

Role Objectives:

The Medical Aesthetician's responsibilities include:

• Warmly welcoming clients and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Performing advanced aesthetic treatments such as:
• Laser hair removal.
• InMode Lumecca, Morpheus 8.
• Skin rejuvenation and resurfacing.
• Microneedling, peels, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Acne and scar treatments.
• Providing personalized consultations to recommend safe, effective treatments for optimal skin health.
• Maintaining rigorous adherence to Aspire Care Clinic's standards to prioritize comfort, safety, and quality in every treatment.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of client records and communications.
• Collaborating with the team to support business growth and client satisfaction.
• Assisting with events, promotions, and enhancing client experiences.
• Demonstrating a team-oriented and supportive work style.
• Continuously updating expertise in the latest advancements in aesthetic technology and techniques.
• Supporting administrative tasks, such as scheduling and follow-ups, to optimize efficiency.

Role Qualifications:

• Canadian Medical Aesthetics Diploma or Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Aesthetician in a medical spa or dermatology setting.
• Inmode machine experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly manner.
• Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, averaging 25-30 hours per week.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
