Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. The Administrative / Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth coordination of our sales operations. The ideal candidates will be organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales, Order Processing skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or sales coordination role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Docs)
  • Familiarity with CRM and Order Management Tools (WIX preferred) is an asset
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-service and sales oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
