Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales/Applications Engineer located in Mississauga, ON. The Inside Sales/Applications Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with the selection and application of the company's products. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, conducting product testing, collaborating with the technical team, and supporting workshop team members as needed.

Deep understanding of Municipal Water and Waste Water systems and application of industrial valves and actuator within this market segment is a must to apply for the job.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and Testing
  • Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the valves and actuators industry is a must
