Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This entry-level internship position is ideal for a recent university graduate looking to kickstart their career in business development and logistics. The role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, focused on business development to drive growth through client outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for both sales and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively the value of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Recent university/college graduate
  • Proven interest or internship experience in business development, logistics, sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex products and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in English is required; French language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in Aviation / RPAS industry are a plus
