What You Need to Have (Must-Haves)

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, service, sales, support, etc.)
  • Comfortable interacting in person and online (Zoom/Teams or similar)
  • Ability to create and manage project or customer documentation
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet client requirements
  • Patience and composure when troubleshooting challenging situations
  • Strong analytical skills — able to collect, organize, and interpret information
  • Fast learner with the ability to pick up new technologies
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain and update business performance reporting
