Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our finance team through bookkeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable vendor bill entry including 3 way match for item receipts
  • Manage receivable processes ensuring invoice data entry, payment recording, and collections are performed.
  • Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Perform record keeping audits and reconciliation to maintain precise financial data. Support auditing processes by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Create and review regulatory reporting as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures.
  • Ability to utilize Artificial intelligence to improve processes and gain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience or education in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency with accounting software, NetSuite preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
