Account Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
We’re hiring an Account Coordinator to support our operations and sales teams. This hybrid role blends project management, account coordination, and sales enablement. You’ll help support customer accounts, optimize productivity, identify opportunities from idle or underutilized inventory, and facilitate equipment transactions. This is a hands-on role with room to grow. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working closely with a tight-knit team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Account Coordination and Sales Support (50%)
- Work closely with the Account Manager to optimize each account's opportunities, productivity, and overall utilization of the IronHub Platform.
- Coordinate account meetings, administer agendas, track follow-ups, and manage documentation.
- Analyze performance across accounts and suggest strategies to increase opportunities
- Support inbound and outbound sales efforts by gathering and organizing customer and equipment data.
- Assist with preparing proposals, quotes, listings, and CRM updates.
Project Coordination (50%)
- Coordinate with field technicians, inspectors, logistics providers, and customers to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain project plans and action logs, proactively flagging issues and ensuring milestones are met.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documentation and customer reports.
- Support after-sale customer service and reporting.

Pay: $38,954.25-$74,302.02 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
