We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your sales expertise and account management skills to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Heavy Duty Truck and or Automotive sales and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue NEW business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Manage sales CRM

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in automotive and industrial product sales environments.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in using Office 365 or similar software for managing sales processes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Strong business development acumen with a proactive approach to identifying new prospects.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: $42,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
