**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your ability to analyze market trends and leverage your sales expertise will be essential in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing product offerings.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in account management and outside sales, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Technical sales skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in business development strategies to drive growth in new markets.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
