**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support for clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing product offerings.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in account management and outside sales, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Technical sales skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in business development strategies to drive growth in new markets.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
