Outside Sales Representative

**Duties**:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and maintain existing accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services

**Skills**:

- Bring 3-4 years sales experinece with B2B sales, Commercial and Industrial background
- Proven experience in outside sales or related field
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for sales tracking
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
