The Compliance Dept. is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their dynamic team, reporting to the Vice-President, National Compliance.  This role will primarily focus on Insurance Distribution Compliance Operations, including intake and assignment of queries, data analytics, reporting, maintenance of policies and procedures, training support and other day-to-day compliance support requirements.

What you will do 

Triage inquiries received from sales, carriers and advisors (mailbox work) Manage continuing education credits (documentation, issuance, tracking)Prepare reports & metrics for management reportingAssist with updating and maintenance of compliance and company policiesAssist the Sr. Compliance Analyst with training coordination and reportingAssist the VP, National Compliance with document gathering for suitability reviews, monitoring, investigations and allegations of advisor misconductPerform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned

 What you will bring

3 - 5 years business experience in an office environment, work in the insurance and/or compliance industry would be a definite asset; training will be providedKnowledge of WealthServ an asset; not necessary but will trainCollege diploma or other post-secondary educationIndustry courses would be an asset (LOMA, etc.)Excellent organizations skills with the ability to work with changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well independentlyStrong team player mentalityService orientedAdvisor centricGood negotiation skillsStrong written and verbal communication

The base salary for this position is between  $54,300 - $ 81,400 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
