Job Summary

We're looking for a Barista / Customer Service team member who is enthusiastic, kind, and passionate about creating genuine experiences for our customers. You'll work closely with our small team to prepare coffee, package desserts, assist with orders and pickups, and help us deliver warm, thoughtful service every day.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso and brewed beverages with consistency and care
  • Plate desserts and package cakes for pickup and dine-in orders
  • Assist customers with friendly and efficient service
  • Support opening/closing duties and maintain a clean work area
  • Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders and manage payments.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and decorator team to ensure smooth service
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries or orders.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous café, bakery, or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
  • Barista experience or knowledge of food preparation and serving techniques is a plus.
  • Passion for coffee, dessert, and baked goods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
