Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, managing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with POS systems, and a background in food industry operations. This position offers an opportunity to develop customer service expertise while supporting daily operations in a dynamic setting.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in person or over the phone
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring proper food safety and handling procedures
  • Prepare and serve food items, including basic food preparation and food service tasks
  • Manage cash register transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, adhering to food safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist with serving food and beverages efficiently during busy periods
  • Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food industry roles such as barista, server, or cashier preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously
  • Experience with food handling, safety procedures, and basic math for cash transactions
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Food industry experience including serving, food preparation, and food safety practices is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; previous barista or food service experience is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$23.79 per hour
