Overview

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service as barista, with a strong focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves managing customer interactions, operating POS systems, and ensuring front of house standard tasks are maintained. Previous barista experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
  • Take orders accurately using POS systems.
  • Serve beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests effectively

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food industry or barista preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
