Seeking a self-motivated and conscientious individual with a solid work ethic and attention to detail to assist in our Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Paralega/Law Clerk working in personal injury cases. The Paralegal/Law Clerk's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing and updating medical and trial briefs
  • Summarizing medical records and drafting reports on productions
  • Tracking and complying with undertaking requests
  • Preparing Affidavit of Documents and working up file for events such as Discoveries, Mediations, Pretrials, and Trials
  • Arranging independent medical assessments

Exceptional computer skills are essential. Salary commensurate with experience. Health benefits are available. Only applicants granted an interview will be contacted.
