**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent landlords in Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) matters, including preparation, legal advice, and representation at hearings.
- Act as a property manager for your assigned region, offering professional property management services.
- Manage client cases efficiently and provide expert guidance on landlord-tenant issues.
- Build and nurture relationships with landlords, growing your clientele using our systems and leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Experience with Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) matters.
- Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping landlords succeed.
- Knowledge of Ontario landlord-tenant laws and property management practices.
