Scanning Assistant

We are looking to hire a part-time, scanning assistant to work in our Windsor office with our busy litigation team. This is an entry level position.

Scheduling will be on weekdays between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. The hours per week will be, generally, less than 20.

Duties include:

- Scanning, and profiling, documents into our document management system
- Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with preparation of production materials and print documents
- Prepare files for closure & documents for shredding
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.55-$17.25 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
