Mortgage Automator in Ontario, Canada is seeking a driven Account Executive for a high-growth SaaS company serving the private lending market. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-focused salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning the full sales cycle.
Our client's platform helps lenders modernize their operations, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional service to their customers. You'll be at the forefront of bringing this technology to new markets, building relationships with decision-makers, and guiding them through the buying process.
In This Role, You Will:
• Identify and connect with prospective customers through targeted outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, keeping all activity updated in the CRM.
• Deliver compelling, customized product presentations that address client-specific challenges.
• Negotiate agreements, manage objections, and close deals that create long-term value.
• Collaborate with internal teams — including marketing, onboarding, and product — to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track performance metrics and continuously refine your approach to improve conversion rates.
• Stay informed about lending industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle deal ownership.
• Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and a disciplined, organized sales process.
• Skilled at engaging both inbound prospects and generating your own opportunities.
• Confident communicator who can explain complex software in clear, simple terms.
• Knowledge of private lending workflows, including application processing, underwriting, and funding, is a strong plus.
• Experience with loan origination systems or similar technology is highly desirable.
