enthusiast
who takes pride in seeing campaigns through to successful execution and can wear multiple hats — strategist, content writer, ad optimizer, and event promoter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Marketing & Promotion
  • Plan, promote, and execute digital campaigns for live, virtual, and hybrid real estate or educational events.
  • Manage event registration funnels, follow-up sequences, and reminder campaigns to maximize attendance.
  • Lead Generation & Ad Campaigns
  • Design and manage high-converting Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube ad campaigns.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to generate
    qualified leads
    , not just clicks.
  • Content Writing & Social Media
  • Write compelling ad copy, emails, landing pages, and social media posts tailored to our target audience.
  • Create and schedule engaging content that builds trust, authority, and emotional connection.
  • Project Ownership & Delivery
  • Take full ownership of your marketing campaigns — from ideation to execution to performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with video editors, designers, and the founder to ensure campaigns stay on track and deliver results.
  • Analytics & Conversion Focus
  • Track KPIs like cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Report on campaign performance and suggest actionable improvements.

  • Familiar with CRM and marketing funnels — and always thinking one step ahead.
