Position Summary: The Go-To-Market Content Marketing Specialist at Mercana Furniture & Decor Ltd is responsible for developing and executing strategic content initiatives that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Go-To-Market Operations, this role involves crafting compelling content, managing content calendars, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation · Upload and manage product listings across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot) · Maintain accurate product information, including images, variants, and specifications · Use Excel templates and automation tools for bulk uploads · Resolve listing issues and ensure compliance with platform standards · Create and update product records with SKUs, spec sheets, and manuals · Communicate with overseas vendors to maintain product standards · Provide product support to customer service and e-commerce teams 2. Product Pipeline: · Work closely with the product & design teams as well as our factory contacts overseas to ensure products are launched on schedule with all necessary product attributes. · Provide support to operations with product information. · Update and relay missing/incorrect product specs. · Monitor product performance and apply data-driven optimizations 3. 3D Modeling. · Ensure accurate virtual product representation of all Mercana products – 3D Models, Prop Library, Texture Library, Scene Library. Collaborate with product designers to ensure project success. 4. Product Development · Collaborate on the product development cycle through to final production, ensuring products are launched on schedule. · Coordinate with internal departments such as design, marketing, visual merchandising, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth product rollouts. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of specialized experience managing high-volume e-commerce prodcut listings across 10 platforms. Proven Excel expertise for large-scale data entry, formatting, and automated upload templates Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and international vendors. Exceptional organization and communication skills. A strong acumen in Power BI, Qarma, and Salsify. Familiarity with 3D asset management and product visualization tools (asset libraries, render props, scene files). Demonstrated ability to audit product data for compliance, accuracy, and performance optimization. Second-language proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, Chinese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese is considered valuable.
