We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who's passionate about storytelling, digital media, and video creation to help us share the joy of growing — one greenhouse at a time.

About You

You're a creative marketer who loves bringing ideas to life. You enjoy writing, filming, and editing engaging stories that connect with people. You're comfortable on camera and behind it, ready to be the face and voice of a trusted, growing brand. You keep up with social media trends, AI tools, and new ways to reach audiences. You care about quality, details, and making every piece of content feel personal and authentic.

What You'll Do

Create & Repurpose Content

·       Turn blogs, videos, and campaigns into new, AI-optimized formats.

·       Write and edit engaging copy for websites, social posts, and newsletters.

·       Keep brand tone consistent across all platforms.

Video Production & Storytelling

·       Film, edit, and publish videos for education, social, and advertising.

·       Build a library of reusable content to support marketing and sales.

·       Be the on-camera personality for product walkthroughs and tips.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

·       Support social content calendars and creative design (Canva, Adobe, etc.).

·       Source visuals, reels, and carousels for social channels.

·       Optimize posts for engagement and reach using best SEO and AI practices.

Business Development & Brand Growth

·       Research new partnership opportunities and assist with outreach.

·       Help build HubSpot campaigns that nurture leads and brand awareness.

·       Support catalog launches, events, and seasonal promotions.

What You Bring

years in marketing, communications, or digital media.

Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.

Proven experience in video editing and social media marketing.

Confident, friendly on-camera presence.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, and major social media platforms.

Interest in AI-driven marketing tools and trends.
