About This Team
The Strategic Growth Initiatives team partners primarily with the Brand and Product Activation Office to drive strategic priorities and growth. We support bodies of work across Brand Strategy, Operations, Product and Commercialization teams, by creating, prioritizing, and managing business growth strategies. Our team acts as a strategic thought partner, overseeing program deliverables, project plans, risks, budgets, and roadmaps, while enabling seamless execution and alignment to overall strategy.

a day in the life: what you'll do
The Growth Initiatives Specialist supports the execution and delivery of strategic growth initiatives through scheduling, documentation, communication of statuses and follow up of action items. This person is an emerging leader who leverages stakeholder influence and persuasive skills to drive special projects forward while maintaining product and brand strategy.

  • Support the execution of goals across programs by managing schedules and project documentation e.g toolkit, workplans, status, RAID log documentation and budget reporting for workstreams and projects as directed by Program Managers
  • Support Initiative Leaders and Program Managers to define strategy, roadmaps and KPI documentation
  • Drive clarity and action through detailed capture and communication of meeting notes and action items
  • Support Strategic Growth Initiatives leadership and cross functional team with annual Strategic Planning, AOP process for growth initiatives, including the design and submission of Strategic Growth Plans and Strategic Growth Initiatives budget
  • Supports Program Manager and Initiative leader in driving initiative forward through coordination of program milestones
  • Manages program budget processes and ensures timelines are met

Qualifications

  • 2 – 5 years of relative experience, preferably in project management or operations
  • Project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage one's own work in a dynamic environment
  • Organized, responsible and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Able to work independently, seeking coaching and guidance as needed
  • Strong administrative skills (planning, organizing, coordinating, and implementing)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Smartsheet and Miro would be an asset

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from
$
66,000-$86,600
annually
; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
