Dundas Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to complete our team.

Our Veterinary Receptionist/Assistants are responsible for:

  • Client care
  • Professional and respectful communication
  • Receiving, filling and processing orders
  • General cleanliness of the clinic
  • Daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping duties
  • Assist veterinary technicians with patient care
  • Working alone and within a team environment

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Accuracy in entries and payment processing
  • Ability to be self-directed and also to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday
