Position Summary

We're looking for a 
Wire Payment Consultant
 who sits at the intersection of technology, compliance, and relationships.

Someone who doesn't just understand 
KTT
 and 
API-based transfer frameworks
, but knows how to make them 
work in the real world
—through relationships, credibility, and seamless coordination between global banks, compliance officers, and treasury teams.

This is a senior strategic role for a professional who can turn technical capability into institutional trust.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Orchestrate secure institutional transfers:
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of both 
    Key Tested Telex (KTT)
     and 
    API-based transfer setups
    , including messaging, validation, and authentication between counterpart banks.
  • Be the bridge between people and systems:
  • Translate regulatory and IT jargon into real-world action that compliance teams and bankers can approve and execute.
  • Build real institutional pathways:
  • Use your existing relationships with banks, private financial institutions, and treasury departments to help establish and activate secure value transmission routes.
  • Ensure compliance every step of the way:
  • You'll make sure every transfer meets AML, KYC, and FATF standards, and that no step falls outside institutional regulation or internal audit integrity.
  • Be trusted at the highest level:
  • When money moves, people need to 
    trust
     the process—and the person leading it. You'll be that person.

Who You Are

You're the person who knows how to get things done when everyone else gets stuck.

You've worked with banks, regulators, and payment networks long enough to know that relationships move faster than protocols—but you respect both equally.

  • 10–20+ years in 
    cross-border wire operations
    , 
    institutional banking
    , or 
    fintech compliance
    .
  • Proven understanding of 
    KTT, MT199/999 messaging
    , and 
    API connectivity
     (authentication, encryption, and JSON payload structures).
  • Strong existing relationships with global 
    treasury teams
    , 
    private banks
    , or 
    regulators
    .
  • Fluent in the language of compliance: 
    AML, FATF, SWIFT standards, and API governance
    .
  • Calm under pressure. Diplomatic in tone. Relentless about precision.

How You'll Be Measured

  • Number of institutional counterparties onboarded for API or KTT communication.
  • Successful coordination of test transfers and system verifications.
  • Zero compliance or audit exceptions.
  • Strength and continuity of new and existing banking relationships.
