Alpha3dge is hiring a Client Representative to engage with customers face-to-face at retail locations and promotional events across North York and the GTA. This role is perfect for relationship builders who thrive on personal interaction and want to develop consultative sales skills in a dynamic, field-based environment.
What You'll Do
- Connect with customers in person at retail venues, pop-up events, and promotional locations throughout the region
- Lead face-to-face sales conversations and interactive product demonstrations
- Guide customers through the complete purchasing journey using a consultative, needs-based approach
- Build authentic relationships that create lasting customer loyalty and repeat business
- Meet sales targets by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Serve as a professional brand ambassador for our client partners at various local venues
- Engage in ongoing training sessions and collaborate with team members to refine your approach
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in face-to-face sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality roles
- Natural communicator who can initiate conversations and establish rapport quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills with genuine curiosity about customer needs
- Comfortable working in high-traffic, public-facing environments
- Self-starter with excellent follow-through and accountability
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Full-time availability, including weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation for travel to various locations across the GTA

The Day-to-Day
- This is a field-based position where you'll work at multiple locations throughout the week, meeting new people and creating meaningful connections daily. You'll be on your feet, engaging in real conversations and building relationships in person—not behind a desk or on phone calls.
- Work Schedule: Full-time hours including weekends
- Location: Various retail and event venues across North York and the Greater Toronto Area
