Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Welcoming patients in a professional manner;
  • Guiding the patients on how to use the Electronic system to check-in through the kiosk;
  • Assisting to fill out the intake forms;
  • Checking if all the information is accurately filled out;
  • Responding to all the inquiries from the patients;

Qualifications and Skills

  • Communicate with patients in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Experienced in technological programs and Microsoft Office;
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal), Russian language is an asset;
  • Ability to work independently with efficiency and accuracy;
