Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our company . Hilltech produces flavors for the food industry as well as production lines for a natural animal repellants. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily functions, managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. A background in food industry ,management, and team supervision is asset to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of operations, including purchasing , sales , pricing
  • Develop strategies and business plans to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and the growth as a company
  • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and participate in SQF compliance reviews.
  • Maintain excellent customer service
  • co-ordinate with staff inventory levels
  • Implement and uphold health and safety regulations across the establishment
  • Lead team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training initiatives
  • strategies to enhance customer experience
  • Conduct interviews for prospective employees and participate in onboarding processes
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
