Licensed Condominium Manager – Richmond Hill

360 Community Management is seeking exceptional people to join our outstanding team.

We are currently recruiting for a General Licensed Condominium Manager to oversee a community in Richmond Hill. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and a people-focused approach.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • General Licence from the CMRAO (mandatory)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in condominium management
  • Strong working knowledge of the Condominium Act
  • Proven understanding of financial statements
  • Experience in budget preparation and management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with property management software
