Duties:

  • Tracking, ordering, and managing office supplies and other consumables
  • Responding to and directing calls and emails to the appropriate personnel
  • Providing general administrative support to colleagues and management
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Entering and updating data into various records and databases
  • Perform other related duties as required

Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience as a office administrator or in a similar role
  • Proficient in using computerized systems for document management and data entry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Read and speak English and Mandarin Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
