Responsibilities:
· Visitor Reception: Visitor reception service and meeting support.
· Travel Management: Booking flights, hotels, assisting colleagues with visa applications.
· Procurement & Expense Management: Responsible for purchasing festival gift, office supplies and managing inventory, conducting expenses.
· Fixed Asset Management: Managing the company's fixed assets, including receipt, issuance, resale, reuse, scrapping, disposal, and inventory checks.
· Activity Organization: Organizing the local activity, including quarterly activities, birthday parties, association activities, etc.
· Space Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of office space, encompassing lease agreements, relocation, and daily space/environment optimization.
· Meeting Support: Provide administrative support for internal and external meetings.
· Courier Management: Assisting colleagues with shipping arrangements and timely payment of bills.
· Service Scope: Support for regional administrative affairs if needed.
· Others: Performing any additional administrative duties as assigned by superiors.
Educational and Skill Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or above
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic graphic design skills are a strong plus.
· Fluent in English (working proficiency) across all communication modes (verbal and written). Possesses excellent interpersonal and cross-departmental coordination skills.
· Demonstrated strong execution skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a high sense of responsibility. A proactive and reliable team player.
· Over 2 years of administrative experience with hands-on experience in at least two functional modules from end to end.
· Having prior work experience in the internet or technology industry is preferred.
