Job Summary
High-Definition Concrete Ltd. is a multigenerational, privately owned concrete company operating in the Greater Vancouver Area. We support a wide range of concrete and construction projects and are looking for an organized Office Administrator to help keep our operations efficient and well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the administrative point of contact for Project Managers and internal teams
· Manage emails, phone calls, messages, and route inquiries appropriately
· Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
· Prepare, update, and format documents, spreadsheets, forms, and reports
· Order office supplies, coordinate deliveries, and support daily office functions
· Assist with data entry, follow-ups, and tracking related to ongoing projects
· Provide general administrative support to management and departments as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administration or similar role
· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Drive, Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft Teams
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: CA$50,000–CA$55,000 per year
- Vacation and statutory holiday pay (as per ESA)
- Extended health, dental, and vision benefits after 3 months

Schedule:
3–5 days in person, 2 days hybrid (depending on operational needs)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
