Corporate North York ON CA Healthy Planet Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year


Location: On-Site | Full-Time (Co-op Term)
Duration: 4-12 months (based on college timelines)

Join Healthy Planet as an HR Co-op and gain hands-on exposure to different facets of Human Resource while contributing to a company that's passionate about healthy living and supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
  • Assist with careers fair, university and college outreach for co-op and internship opportunities, building relationships with campus career centers and job boards to help attract top student talent
  • Assist with verifying onboarding documentation
  • Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates

HR Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee records on ADP & Lessonly
  • Generate and submit regular HR reports based on business requirements
  • Draft offer letters and letters of employment

Other Duties

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR team

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related post-secondary program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HRIS is an asset
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player with a passion for people and wellness
  • Completion of required Lessonly training modules (upon start)
