**Summary - Human Resources - Intern/Co-Op Student**

We are seeking 1 enthusiastic Intern to join our team at Synergy Protection Group Inc. A great opportunity for students who are looking for co-op/internship opportunities. r. The  HR student will be based out of our head office located in North York, Ontario (**251 Consumers Rd Suite 600**).

**Job description**:
Students will play a key role in the HR administration, Onboarding and HR coordination of day-to-day Human Resources processes and activities. The primary focus of this role is to improve and streamline Human Resource processes, as well as expanding the Human Resources knowledge and experience of the Human Resources student.

**This is a temporary student position (4 months starting in September 2, 2025).**

**Job Requirements**:

- Enrollment in University/College or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Law Enforcement, or any related field.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must be in good academic standing
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities
- Goal-oriented with outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Skilled in conflict resolution and handling inquiries professionally
- Experience or familiarity with HR systems administration and reporting
- Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M2J 4R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
