Live-in Superintendent in Highrise Condominium

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Ability to fabricate and modify materials as needed for construction projects
- Experience supervising a team of workers and subcontractors
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with logic controllers and automation systems is a plus

**Salary**: $31,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
