TSE is seeking a Property Administrator to support in building strong resident relations by providing prompt, professional and courteous service. The Property Administrator will be responding to the owners and residents’ and demonstrating a ‘pride of ownership’ approach to a luxury condominium in Yorkville. The Property Administrator is responsible for tasks associated assigned to them by the Property Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare notices, reports and other documentation for Board and Owners’ meetings.
- Assist with the purchase materials and supplies on behalf of each property.
- Assist with drawing up specifications of work to be undertaken in order to obtain quotes as directed by the board of directors and provide analysis of the quotes, only in those cases where the client has not hired a professional to perform these duties.
- Prepare invoices for approval by the Property Manager.
- Prepare all notices as required.
- Prepare letters to residents/occupants.
- Assist Property Manager with budget preparation.
- Data input and other administration duties (e.g. mail outs).
- Meet with board members as required.
- Meet with contractors on site as requested by the Property Manager.
- Meet with residents/occupants on site as required.
- Assist with arranging for fire and other statutory inspections.
- Assist with Rule and other infractions by residents/occupants.
- Become familiar with the Condominium Act and keep abreast of changes thereto.
- Act as ambassador for TSE with client employees, residents/occupants, board members and contractors/suppliers.
- Assist the Property Manager in the performance of all the duties in terms of the property management agreement entered into between the Corporation and the Corporation’s client(s).

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving and ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism at all times
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Experience in property management industry is considered an advantage
- Experience in newly constructed buildings is considered an advantage
- Experience with software programs such as Docusign, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite is required
