Duties

- Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve operating system or application errors
- Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure proper functionality before return to customers
- Assist retail sales teams with technical product knowledge and demonstrations when needed
- Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and troubleshooting steps for quality control
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends related to mobile devices, operating systems, and hardware components
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Android, iOS, macOS, Windows operating systems, and mobile devices
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and repair techniques
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively
- Proficiency with hand tools used in electronic repair and maintenance
