Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electronic devices and computer hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in operating systems, mobile devices, and software troubleshooting, with the ability to analyze issues efficiently and deliver effective solutions. Duties

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile devices, including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows systems
  • Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems
  • Perform repairs on computer hardware components and peripherals using hand tools
  • Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve operating system or application errors
  • Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure proper functionality before return to customers
  • Assist retail sales teams with technical product knowledge and demonstrations when needed
  • Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and troubleshooting steps for quality control
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends related to mobile devices, operating systems, and hardware components

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Android, iOS, macOS, Windows operating systems, and mobile devices
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware components and repair techniques
  • Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively
  • Proficiency with hand tools used in electronic repair and maintenance
  • Excellent analysis skills to identify root causes of technical issues quickly
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills for explaining technical issues clearly to customers or team members
  • Prior experience with software troubleshooting and device diagnostics is preferred
