**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, for both iOS and Android operating systems.
- Utilize hand tools and computer hardware to perform repairs and replacements of parts as needed.
- Analyze software issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve problems efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest technology trends in mobile devices and operating systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and guiding them through the repair process.
- Document all repairs and services performed on devices accurately.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting accessories and services that enhance customer experience.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in repairing mobile devices, with a strong understanding of both iOS and Android operating systems.
- Familiarity with computer hardware components related to mobile technology.
- Proficient in using hand tools for device repairs.
- Experience in software troubleshooting for various operating systems, including Windows.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an ability to engage with customers effectively.
