Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair various mobile phone issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Conduct quality testing on repaired devices to ensure optimal functionality
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and solutions clearly
  • Collaborate with team members to meet repair targets and improve service delivery
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience or strong interest in mobile device repair or technology sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and business development abilities
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, and related accessories is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
