Overview

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Phone Repair Technician to join our team. This role requires hands-on repair experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an in-store position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).

Duties

  • Perform phone repairs including screen replacements, back glass repairs, battery replacements, charging ports, and other common repairs
  • Inspect phones for functionality, condition, and resale value
  • Handle customer walk-ins professionally and confidently
  • Manage customer repair drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Clearly explain repair options, pricing, and timelines to customers
  • Purchase phones and other devices from customers after inspection
  • Accurately document repairs, inspections, and transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
  • Assist with general day-to-day store operations

Requirements

  • Previous phone repair experience is required
  • Strong working knowledge of iPhone and Android devices
  • Ability to complete common repairs independently
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Punctual, dependable, and professional
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
